Are meetings recorded automatically?

Recording can be set to automatic for all meetings or enabled on a per-meeting basis. Recordings are stored securely and accessible from meeting history with timestamp-linked transcripts.

How many participants can join a video meeting?

Softtop video meetings support up to 200 participants per room. Breakout rooms can be created for smaller group discussions within the same session.

Is video included on every plan?
